Her extensive financial background complements her role, providing a unique perspective on managing practice operations. Tara is well-versed in the intricacies of Private Patients, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident and Public Liability, ensuring that every patient receives the care and guidance they need.

Frontline – Clinic Receptionist
Meet Tanya, the welcoming face of our Norwest Clinics! With her bubbly personality and friendly demeanor, Tanya ensures that every patient feels right at home from the moment they walk through our doors.
Joining The Smith Practice in 2023, Tanya quickly became known for her warm chats that help put patients at ease, making their visits as comfortable as possible. Her genuine care and enthusiasm for helping others shine through in everything she does.
Outside of the clinic, Tanya cherishes time spent with her family and friends. She also has a passion for real estate, showcasing her drive and interests in the community.
Renee Edwards
Administration Officer
Renee is one of the welcoming faces of our practice and has a passion for helping others. She has always found that the most joy comes from roles where patients are the focus.
She has vast experience in customer service and administration spanning over 10 years. Most recently she coordinated a diverse Allied Health practice, before finding her way to orthopaedics.
Her down to earth nature, organisation and attention to detail ensure that the daily operations are carried out smoothly.
